I ordered a Cison V2 and had a bit of a mix-up with the delivery. Some of the order just didn’t make it to me, and dealing with the delivery company, Uni Uni, was a real headache. They kept me on hold forever, and I was beginning to lose hope. But then, Lucas from enginediy stepped in and turned things around. He quickly sorted everything out and sent me a replacement in no time. His help was a lifesaver. It's rare to find customer service that genuinely cares and fixes issues promptly. Despite the initial hassle, I’m grateful for Lucas’s help and will definitely keep this experience in mind next time I shop.
