    I joined Atlantic.net during a special deal about a decade ago. Throughout this time, they've never tried to take away that offer or charge me for any silly extras. Their service just works and they don't mess me around, which is getting rare with online companies these days.

    You wouldn’t believe it, but I finally found a tech company that actually cares about people. Not just as customers, but real people with needs and feelings. They really put us first, and it’s kind of amazing. Their dedication is just wow. They really rock!

    They have a massive amount of clients

    They have a massive amount of clients, but they still made time to help me with my 1 small server issue. It's nice to see a company that values all their customers, no matter how big or small the problem.

    Problems got fixed, so I added two stars. But the support techs weren’t much help. Instead of noticing quickly that resizing wasn’t working and escalating it, I was told to wait. This delay kept my 50+ employees and many customers from getting to our platform. If this happens again, we’ll think about moving to another hosting site since Atlantic can’t provide quick help during server failures. We also have over 30 clients using Atlantic for their hosting, so it’s quite anoying when we face issues like this, especially after sending them plenty of referrals.

    I thought I'd give their services a shot, especially with the $250 free credit offer. Signed up and provided my credit card details, then confirmed the small deposit amount they made. Suddenly, I got an email saying there was fraud on my new account and to protect it, I needed to upload a selfie with my ID and a piece of paper with a specific number. Did that, uploaded it, and waited. About 30 minutes later, got a reply saying they couldn't approve my account without giving any reason. I was ready to deposit my own money, but they rejected me after all that verification. Never experienced anything like this before, and it's really disappointing. They deserve a bad review for sure.

    I want a refund for this fee

    Last year, I signed up for a server account with Atlantic because they had this free server campaign, seemed like a good deal. But my account got suspended right away since they said my credit card wasn't approved. So, I never even got to use the service. Fast forward to today, I see a $15 charge on my credit card from them, the same card they said wasn't approved! I'm pretty upset about this since I never used their service and they didn't even notify me about the charge. I want a refund for this fee.
