    Несподівано на подання заяви пішло всього 5 хвилин, а ми отримали повернення коштів протягом 15 днів з моменту подачі скарги. Наш рейс скасували безпосередньо на виході на посадку, його перенесли на 24 години пізніше, і через короткий термін поїздки ми вирішили відмовитись від нього та вимагати повернення коштів. Зробити це через Wizz Air було майже неможливо, тому ми скористались допомогою AirAdvisor, і нам вдалося отримати 500 євро, з яких Air Advisor взяли 30%. Весь процес пройшов швидко та без зайвих труднощів.

After uploading my ticket and flight number, I was surprised to receive a notice in just a few days saying I would be compensated for the delay. I’ve already gotten the money for my ticket, but the claim for passenger no2 is still under review, even though we traveled together. Overall, I suggest using their service.

    Great and speedy assistance with my situation! My flights from Bodø to Amsterdam were canceled twice by SAS (because of staff member's strike), so I ended up having to find new flights with another airline just to get home on time. I contacted AirAdvisor by filling out their online form and got fast help with my case. They quickly guided me to apply for and get financial compensation from SAS, since the cancellation reasons made me qualify for it. Thanks a ton again!

Я вражений, як легко та чітко проходив весь процес. Зараз ще чекаю на повернення грошей за квитки, але розумію, що це може зайняти більше часу. Єдиний мінус — дуже висока комісія за компенсацію, але про це чітко повідомляють на самому початку.

    I got my compensation money in less than a month from Wizzair. I was sceptic till I saw 540euros for 2 pasengers in my bank account. There were some interactions with airadvisor employees which also went quickly.
