I unfortunately had to cancel my **** subscription because of personal reasons and ****’s help was very timely and professional in sorting it out for me. Nonetheless, **** offers very good quality materials and I will definitely sign up again because of the very positive experience created by ****.

Tuve un problema en esta web debido a una confusión con el pago automático. Envié un mensaje al correo de soporte y me respondieron en minutos, ofreciéndome una solución que se ajustaba perfectamente a mis requerimientos. Muy agradecido con el trato recibido por ****, la persona que se encargó de solventar mi incidente.

I had an autorenew that I was unaware of and was upset to see if taken from my credit card when I had not been able to use the service - I wrote to customer service and Kira was understanding and refunded me as a gesture of goodwill. Its nice that some companies are still human after all
